I'm looking for directions to make a child's portable nap mat with a built-in blanket, pillow and carrying strap. I'd like it to be washable. Can you help?

An all-in-one nap mat is great for young children to take to school, grandma's house or to sleepovers. Here are directions to make a mat that's 20" wide by 50" long. The built-in blanket is 35" wide. All seam allowances are 1" unless otherwise stated.
