By Janet Klaer

I've been searching for HEAVYWEIGHT PLAID OR CHECK FLANNEL used to make lumberjack shirts.
Ruth McC.,
Seattle, WA

The fabric you want is manufactured by Bemidji Woolen Mills in a 14-ounce, 1"-square plaid and a heavier, 20-ounce, 4"-square plaid. Both fabrics are stocked in four color combinations: blue/black, red/black, green/black and white/black. The 14-ounce fabric is also available in gold/black. For ordering information, write to Bemidji Woolen Mills, Dept. SN, Box 277, Bemidji, MN 56619, call (888) 751-5166 or (218) 751-5166, or visit www.bemidjiwoolenmills.com .
