Making Connections

By Janet Klaer

I'm making quilts for our children's hospital and am having difficulty finding GOLD-FUSE quilt batting.
Dee A.

The Fabric Shack stocks Mountain Mist Gold-Fuse Batting in crib, twin and queen sizes. This 50% cotton/50% polyester batting with a fusible finish on both sides is used to fuse-baste quilt layers. The light bond eliminates the need for other basting methods and can be repositioned after ironing. Gold-Fuse is suitable for hand or machine quilting up to 3" apart. Visit fabricshack.com, or call (877) 666-4245 to order.

From the June/July 2007 issue of Sew News magazine.
